Requirements

Candidates must be a quick learner, problem solver, and determined in follow-up, coupled with high attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. They should be able to effectively manage priorities and work on various projects simultaneously, possessing good situational awareness and the ability to quickly recall project status. Candidates must also be able to interpret and communicate basic technical information to clients, contractors, and internal/external team members, and assist Project Managers in planning and managing projects through administrative support.

Responsibilities

The Project Administrator will liaise with clients, authorities, contractors, and team members to understand project scope and assist the Project Manager in administrative functions. They will track applications and submissions, follow up proactively, and support the team with contract administration functions, including progress claim review, correspondence, and variation processing. Additionally, the role involves scheduling inspections, taking meeting minutes, and finalizing records of meetings, ensuring great project outcomes.
