Product Planner - AI Training Team

Position Overview

Keywords Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Product Planner to support a team of 50 focused on AI engine training. This role is crucial for coordinating resource allocation, ensuring project documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date, and providing support to the Project Lead and Seniors in rolling out new projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, excellent time management, organizational, and documentation skills.

Employment Type: Full-time, Contractor Location Type: Remote (USA Remote, EST hours) Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Pay Rate: $27 - $31 /hr. (DOE & location)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Support the roll-out of new projects by ensuring proper documentation and training are in place.
• Answer questions related to project roll-outs and update documentation accordingly.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Help schedule and track team allocation to projects.
• Assist in validating quality and providing feedback.
• Make recommendations for process improvements.
• Perform reporting as necessary.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to translate technical documents into user-friendly documentation for non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in allocating and tracking resources for projects.
• Experience assisting in system troubleshooting and finding resolutions.
• Preferred: Prior work experience or college studies in AI.
• Stable internet connection with download speeds of 50-100 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.
• Technical aptitude in one or more of the following:
  • Spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Email/calendar (e.g., Outlook, Gmail)
  • Project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
• Ability to acquire new skills and knowledge through hands-on experience.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Exemplify a "Proactive Approach" attitude, characterized by high accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
