Requirements

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, such as account management, project management, or customer support. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. The candidate must be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and fully available to work Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM MST. Applicants must be located in the United States and authorized to work without visa sponsorship. Startup experience, Zendesk experience, experience handling a high volume of projects, and experience at a User Research Agency are considered bonus qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator will manage client projects and their recruitment needs, ensuring client satisfaction through excellent communication and support. Key duties include quality assurance and launching recruitment for submitted projects, managing the full lifecycle of researcher projects, and conducting proactive outreach to researchers. The role also involves covering for other team members when they are out of office and acting as a product expert by staying updated on new product releases and features. Additionally, the coordinator will handle incoming customer communications, provide timely support and troubleshooting, and contribute ideas to team goals.
