Requirements

Responsibilities

The Reserve Draw Specialist is responsible for all aspects of creating draws and maintaining the draw matrix for over 40 properties. This includes ensuring all necessary items are available for draws, completing required lender documents, sending completed draws, and following up as needed. The specialist will also assist Accounts Payable with weekly check runs, including sorting and mailing checks.
