Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Legal Assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting senior leadership. Strong organizational and time management skills are required, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools is necessary, and experience with expense management systems and travel booking is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Legal Operations Administrator, you will manage calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements for legal team members, coordinate internal and external meetings, screen and prioritize emails, assist in drafting communications, maintain legal department files, track deadlines, and support onboarding for new team members. You will also serve as the point of contact for scheduling requests, coordinate projects and events with other administrative professionals, and assist with general administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and liaising with Finance.
