Requirements

Candidates must be located in California and possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare. Responsibilities

The Program Specialist will support and enhance operational efficiency by managing key initiatives such as project management, rostering, contracting, meeting planning, reporting, and campaign execution. They will proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, create and distribute regular KPI reports, and collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders. Duties include leading and executing projects, exercising judgment on special projects, identifying and recommending solutions to ambiguous problems, maintaining autonomy in managing processes, owning and improving workflows, acting as a subject matter expert, managing communication efforts, collaborating with internal teams, developing and maintaining process documentation and training materials, mentoring and training team members, tracking regulatory requirements, and analyzing data to provide strategic insights.
