The role involves acting as a liaison between the team and customers, working directly alongside the sales team and customers, and communicating with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include participating in delivery/implementation planning activities, using Salesforce to drive new sales opportunities and maintain existing business, meeting assigned sales quotas, conducting negotiations, finalizing sales, and leading all aspects of new product installations post-delivery.
