Candidates must have knowledge and experience in all Ibotta Care workflows, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments. A decision-making expert with 6 months of Care Leadership Supervisor experience is also required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
The Care Workflow Analyst will serve as the subject matter expert for all Ibotta Care workflows, providing guidance on best practices and processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are accurate and up to date, review and validate documentation for accuracy and compliance, and identify gaps in processes, tools, or knowledge to recommend improvements. This role will also support projects and initiatives with expert analysis and recommendations, and act as a liaison between technical teams, leadership, and stakeholders for clear communication.
