A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in QA, Engineering, Product/Program Management, or a similar role, including experience as a scrum master, product owner, or program manager. Experience in coaching scrum teams and stakeholders on new methodologies and software development trends is necessary, as is experience leading teams or projects with direct or indirect leadership. The ability to follow project management processes, organize software development teams, and establish a welcoming work environment, along with knowledge of Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office apps, is also required.
The Program Manager will lead quality assurance programs, services, and initiatives across multiple products and platforms, ensuring delivery excellence and timely reporting. They will lead and support cross-functional projects, managing schedules, scope, risks, and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement efforts and adoption of best practices. The role also involves fostering a culture of trust and collaboration, actively managing requirements and risks throughout the SDLC, contributing to master test plan development, and assisting in the development of others through training and mentoring.
