Experience with SDLC is required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Program Manager II will manage the work request pipeline and triage new work for OEM clients, acting as the technical point of contact. They will collaborate with OEM Program Managers and internal technical teams to ensure successful implementation and high-quality delivery of tasks, including routine maintenance, complex integrations, and large-scale projects. Responsibilities include setting expectations, establishing priorities, understanding desired outcomes, managing project plans and roadmaps, capturing and executing OEM program tasks with consideration for program health, SLAs, and priorities, and overseeing routine maintenance and support tasks from backlog through delivery.
