Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent certifications and experience, along with 10+ years of relevant IT experience and demonstrated leadership in systems administration, IT operations, or infrastructure roles. Strong ICAM experience, expert knowledge of Linux system administration, and proven experience managing IT asset inventories, software deployments, and IT policies are essential. Skills in project management, prioritization, and cross-department collaboration are required, alongside excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and an ethical, proactive, and results-driven mindset. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or hold dual Canadian/U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

The IT Manager will lead the IT department, setting priorities, building scalable processes, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining documentation, SLAs, and IT standards, administering user accounts and permissions, and managing all corporate endpoints using JAMF for Apple device deployment. The role involves providing credential resets and application access, defining troubleshooting and maintenance procedures, specifying, procuring, and maintaining hardware and software, and tracking IT asset inventory. Additionally, the IT Manager will ensure software licensing compliance, lead IT aspects of employee onboarding/offboarding, deliver technical support and training, create self-service documentation, and research, test, and recommend new tools or systems to enhance IT operations.
