Responsibilities

The Program Manager III will manage client relationships and ensure the timely delivery of program objectives by overseeing project coordination, monitoring status, and adhering to timelines and budgets. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between clients, business development, and project teams, facilitating information flow, and ensuring project deliverables meet customer expectations and financial commitments. Responsibilities include negotiating with clients, driving compliance with company and project management standards, providing internal consulting on project management issues, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The Program Manager III will also act as the chief liaison to operational personnel of major clients, manage large study programs, facilitate client meetings, coordinate client visits, support program governance, oversee stability launch coordination, and manage FTE project management. Additionally, they will be responsible for client project prioritization, establishing and reviewing project status trackers, evaluating and escalating risks, managing projections and forecasts for large FTE programs, and handling the contract process, including renewals and new opportunities. The role also involves providing training and support to junior program managers, managing client expectations, and executing program deliverables in collaboration with Laboratory Operations management.
