Requirements

A proven history of managing and scaling multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable client impact is essential. Responsibilities

The Client Marketing Manager will serve as the day-to-day marketing lead for clients, partnering with Client Success and content strategists to consult clients on marketing best practices. Responsibilities include translating client goals into tailored marketing strategies and engagement campaigns, owning execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Key duties involve defining and aligning on client marketing goals, developing scalable campaign strategies, influencing cross-functional teams, driving client adoption of campaign programs, leading the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, serving as the primary marketing point of contact for clients, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, delivering insightful reporting, managing client marketing budgets, championing marketing best practices, and contributing to innovation through ideation and testing.
