Demonstrated experience managing complex B2B partnerships, excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and written communication skills are required. Experience with OEMs, fleets, or connected vehicle platforms is a major plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is necessary, with an MBA being a plus. Familiarity with fleet telematics, embedded software platforms, or mobility ecosystems is preferred. The role requires proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Asana/Jira, and Google Workspace, and a willingness to travel up to 40%. Candidates should be based in the Portland-Seattle corridor.

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison for assigned OEM partners, building strong relationships and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure partner success and optimize joint initiatives. Key duties include leading the planning and execution of joint initiatives, tracking and communicating partner requirements and feedback, facilitating collaboration across internal teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Support), developing quarterly business reviews and status updates, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and internal reporting tools.
