Job Description / 業務について

At PayPay, we are seeking a Program Manager for our PMO team to drive initiatives aimed at enhancing project management efficiency. Managing over 500 projects, increasing the productivity of each one contributes to overall efficiency. Within the PMO team, you will identify inefficiencies in processes and project management, develop a roadmap for productivity improvement, and execute it in collaboration with internal teams, relevant stakeholders, and partner companies.

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for the integrated management of multiple projects, strategically overseeing key projects as needed. You will help ensure that we deliver services to our users and merchants with the speed and quality that our Product Division demands.

Job Responsibilities / 【具体的な業務内容】

• Drive initiatives to enhance project management efficiency
• Manage strategically important programs and projects
• Develop and implement new rules and processes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish rules and processes when existing ones become ambiguous or unable to support organizational growth
• Manage and support the product roadmap planning each quarter
• Reporting to the executive management
  • Provide regular progress reports on projects to the executive management
