Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and ten years of experience in IT organizational change management. A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools is required, along with excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively with all organizational levels, acute business acumen, and the capacity to influence others are essential. Experience with large-scale change initiatives in cybersecurity technology, Prosci or CCMP certification, and knowledge of leading-edge communication trends are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Organizational Change Management Lead will support enterprise-level programs by conducting change management activities such as impact assessments, communication strategy, and training plans. Responsibilities include meeting with key stakeholders, executing plans for business and organizational readiness, and providing knowledge transfer through mentoring. The role involves managing resistance to change, mitigating risks, maximizing employee engagement, and defining, measuring, and reporting on change effort success metrics. Collaboration with program roadmaps and solutions across business areas, and supporting change efforts at all levels are key duties.
