Operations Associate - Business Operations

Position Overview

Grow Therapy is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Business Operations team. This role will drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to improve Grow Therapy's scalability and operations. The ideal candidate will lead complex projects, build scalable systems, and partner across teams to solve critical business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from scoping to execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and solve strategic or operational problems that span multiple teams, particularly in ambiguous or fast-changing areas.
  • Design and implement scalable systems, workflows, or processes to enhance business efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions (e.g., Operations, Data, Strategic Partnerships, Payor Success) to understand needs, drive alignment, and support execution.

Compensation and Location

  • Salary:
    • Zone 1 (NYC, SF, Seattle Metro Area): $117,000 - $131,000
    • Zone 2 (All other US locations): $105,000 - $117,000
    • Note: Compensation will vary based on relevant experience, qualifications, and candidate's working location.

Qualifications

You’ll be a good fit if you are:

  • A Problem Solver: Possess 4+ years of experience in management consulting and/or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup. You can identify business challenges using metrics and analysis and propose solutions to improve business processes.
  • Data-Driven: Exhibit expert-level Excel/Google Sheet modeling skills and strong SQL proficiency. You base decisions on data, using metrics and analysis to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and guide operational decisions.
  • Mission-Driven: Passionate about changing the world and connecting your work to Grow Therapy's mission.
  • Agile: Thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment and can adapt to emerging priorities.
