Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of project management experience in a customer-facing role and hold a college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Outstanding analytical and complex problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent client-facing and internal communication skills are essential. Strong written and verbal communication, as well as outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking abilities, are required. Experienced proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is also necessary.
The Professional Services Senior Project Manager will lead projects of varying sizes, executing all phases of Smarsh consulting engagements, including project development, planning, requirements gathering, architecture design/review, integration, establishing success criteria, implementation, documentation, and training. They will drive project execution for on-time and within-budget delivery, coordinate internal functions and external third-party resources, and interact frequently with Smarsh teams, partners, and customers. Responsibilities include determining required resources, collaborating with people managers to assign tasks, updating documentation, and communicating project status internally and externally. The role also involves contributing to the pre-sales process by developing SOWs for medium-term projects, managing enterprise projects with supervision and data migration, and handling single tenant archives with minimal supervision.
