A minimum of 5 years in Professional Services, Technical Consulting, GTM, or Success in customer-facing roles is required, along with proficiency in Project Management and Professional Services Automation tools. Experience leading teams through the full software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment, including projects focused on development process transformation and full project lifecycle management from scoping to production, is essential. Applicants must be adept at learning and synthesizing information, managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong focus, and possess a self-starter attitude with a passion for customer success.
The Project Manager will lead Professional Services engagements to optimize client software delivery processes and align strategies with industry best practices. This role involves designing and guiding project planning and delivery for multiple implementation engagements, developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets, and facilitating project meetings to ensure timely completion of action items. Responsibilities also include managing timelines, deliverables, risks, and overall project health, collaborating with leadership to improve project management processes and tools, and fostering strong technical partnerships with customers. The Project Manager will assist in breaking down work into manageable tasks, estimating effort, and identifying and resolving technical obstacles to ensure value realization for clients.
