Candidates must have 12+ years of experience managing SaaS projects, including developing custom project plans, forecasting resources, tracking and managing risk, and building change management strategies. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in construction operations or technical support of operations is required. Experience servicing large, complex organizations with complex web and mobile applications for documentation management, project management, or similar use cases is essential. Proven success in managing projects and professional services within a defined limited scope, along with demonstrated successful software client services including onboarding and training mid to large-scale clients, is necessary. A strong empathy for customers and a passion for project management and organization are also key requirements.
The Enterprise Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of professional service engagements for Owners customers, overseeing projects that help clients maximize Procore's technology impact on their operations and ensuring compliance with government standards and regulations. This role involves managing internal and external resources to deliver service engagements on time and within budget, owning and developing new accounts, and partnering with various teams to support client onboarding and growth. Responsibilities include developing project strategies and plans focused on business outcomes, leading workshops, managing resources and risks, building change management strategies, and fostering client relationships. The role also entails collaborating with key contacts, technical leadership, and Customer Success to execute statements of work and onboarding strategies, developing and implementing repeatable processes for efficiency, staying current on customer needs and industry trends, and providing high-level service and support through proactive communication. Additionally, the Project Manager will communicate with team members to enhance skills and best practices, collaborate across the Procore organization for client success, and possess a working knowledge of Procore's product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies.
