The Product Support Specialist will engage with customers throughout their journey, including onboarding, account setup, debugging issues, and feature discovery. They will investigate and resolve customer issues reported via email, Slack, and X, and partner with the engineering team to document and reproduce bugs. Responsibilities also include surfacing customer feedback and insights to inform product decisions, leading projects to enhance the support experience and product operations, and contributing to technical documentation and community engagement.
