Job Description

Join our Fitness and Wellbeing vertical as a Product Marketing Specialist and make a real impact. This role is dedicated to equipping our revenue teams with the necessary tools, messaging, and insights to sell with confidence. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a library of resources that differentiate our products and help us win market share. This position sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, customer success, and product, transforming features and strategy into resources that accelerate the buyer journey.

This role is ideal for individuals who excel at simplifying complexity, enabling high-performing teams, and crafting effective communications.

What you'll do:

  • Support go-to-market efforts for product launches and updates, crafting talk tracks and value propositions.
  • Translate product features into clear, compelling messaging tailored for prospects and decision-makers in the boutique fitness space.
  • Build and maintain sales materials, including battlecards, pitch decks, customer stories, competitor comparisons, and objection-handling guides.
  • Ensure enablement content is up-to-date and easily accessible (e.g., via Guru or other systems).
  • Act as a central point for our training and enablement ecosystem, collaborating with Account Executives, managers, and cross-functional partners to lead bimonthly training sessions.
  • Extract insights from Gong (competitive trends, objection themes, product feedback) and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Participate in new hire training for the sales team, owning collateral, demo, and enablement onboarding.
  • Maintain and optimize demo environments to ensure sales representatives can deliver effective and efficient product demonstrations.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD
  • This role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Location:

  • Fully remote position, provided eligible working rights and alignment with a time zone that allows for sufficient collaboration with the team.

Qualifications

You might be a fit if you:

  • Possess 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a similar go-to-market focused role (SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to translate marketing themes or product features into powerful messages for the sales team.
  • Have experience crafting messages or content pieces utilized in sales conversations or low-funnel marketing activities.
  • Exhibit strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Are tech-savvy and have experience with tools such as SalesLoft, Gong, Guru, and video tools like Loom or Vidyard.
  • Are energized by collaboration and working with a passionate team.
