About the Role

As a Demo Architect at Ramp, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our demo and sandbox platforms—mission-critical tools that enable Ramp’s go-to-market teams to deliver tailored, impactful product experiences to prospects and customers.

This is a product-minded role within the Solutions team—ideal for someone who loves working cross-functionally, thrives on ownership, and thinks like a product manager but wants to stay closely tied to the customer journey and sales process. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Enablement to ensure Ramp’s demos are not only technically sound and up to date, but also strategically designed to reflect real customer workflows and unlock enterprise growth.

As the single-threaded owner of Ramp’s demo platform, you’ll define and drive the roadmap, scope technical updates, manage internal tooling (like Retool apps), and deliver seamless demo experiences for both Core and Enterprise use cases. You’ll work hand-in-hand with dedicated engineers, speak the language of product and APIs, and act as the connective tissue between feature launches and GTM readiness.

This is an individual contributor role with high visibility, high impact, and the potential to grow into a team leadership position over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and execution of Ramp’s demo and sandbox environments, with a focus on usability, stability, scalability, and narrative depth.
  • Act as the single-threaded owner of the demo experience, triaging urgent field support requests, managing roadmap priorities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of updates.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to manage and enhance internal tooling (e.g., Retool apps, APIs) and scope technical improvements from ideation through QA.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Enablement to develop compelling storylines and representative fixture data, ensuring that new feature rollouts are demo-ready and reflect real-world customer workflows.
  • Build scalable frameworks and infrastructure that empower Solutions Consultants and AEs to deliver high-quality demos with minimal friction.
  • Drive alignment across key stakeholders in Sales, Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Marketing, serving as the go-to owner for demo strategy and execution.
  • Establish feedback loops with internal users and enterprise stakeholders to continuously refine the demo experience and ensure it evolves alongside product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Contribute to the long-term scalability of the demo program through pr[... (content truncated]
