Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for entry through senior-level positions, and 2+ years of startup experience preferred. They should possess a strong background in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition, with experience identifying high-impact business and/or technical talent, and an ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions with data and insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required, along with a strategic mindset and experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

As a Senior GTM Recruiter, the individual will lead end-to-end recruiting for key revenue-driving GTM roles, including SDRs, Growth Operations Associates (Regional General Managers) and more, partnering directly with revenue execs and hiring managers. They will develop and execute creative sourcing strategies, work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensure a seamless candidate experience, leverage recruiting metrics and analytics, champion Traba’s employer brand, and continuously refine recruitment processes. Additionally, they will contribute to process optimization and adapt to changing business needs.
