As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you will be instrumental in building Traba's business by leading full-cycle hiring for key revenue-driving Go-To-Market (GTM) roles. You will partner directly with revenue executives and hiring managers, focusing on roles such as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Growth Operations Associates (Regional General Managers). This is a high-impact role for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are committed to quality, and recognize recruiting as a strategic driver of company success.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level GTM and business roles, from initial kickoff to offer closing.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of top talent and build robust talent pipelines for future needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand talent requirements, provide market insights, and ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey, reflecting Traba's culture and values.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize recruiting metrics and analytics to refine hiring strategies, enhance efficiency, and make informed, data-backed decisions.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador for Traba, promoting our mission and values in the talent market to position us as an employer of choice.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes based on data-driven insights to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on business/GTM or generalist roles.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for both entry-level and senior positions.
- At least 2 years of experience in a startup environment is preferred.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition, with demonstrated success in identifying high-impact business and/or technical talent.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions using data and insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to executing recruitment processes.
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapting to evolving business needs.
