Requirements

The Product Marketing Manager must have 3-5+ years of solutions marketing or product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company. Exceptional written English skills are required, along with a proven track record in product messaging launches, including go-to-market strategy, launch coordination, and field enablement. The candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, demonstrate leadership, influence stakeholders across teams, and possess a deep understanding of the market to develop effective competitive positioning. Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory, and the role requires the candidate to be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager will define, develop, and own a consistent messaging program for the JumpCloud platform, ensuring alignment across all internal and external communications. This includes collaborating with product management, sales, customer success, and other marketing teams to gather insights and ensure messaging accurately reflects product capabilities and market needs. The role involves leading the creation of core messaging documents, establishing processes for ongoing messaging updates, and enabling cross-functional teams with the necessary messaging tools and training to effectively communicate the JumpCloud platform's value.
