Requirements

Candidates should have 3-10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or related roles within B2B fintech, finance, or crypto companies. Industry experience and contacts in fintech or crypto are highly desirable. Strong analytical skills for tracking and optimizing marketing performance, excellent writing and communication skills for content creation and messaging, and experience with GTM strategies, campaign execution, and performance analysis are required. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) is necessary, with platform migration experience being a plus. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects is essential, and knowledge of crypto trading, custody, staking, and/or blockchain infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Director will define and execute product marketing initiatives focused on client acquisition, engagement, and retention, particularly for institutional and professional clients. This includes developing and executing Go-to-Market (GTM) tests to refine messaging and positioning, and assisting in the formal launch of GTM programs. Responsibilities also involve creating compelling content, marketing campaigns, and thought leadership pieces for the crypto and fintech audience, as well as designing and executing outreach campaigns targeting key partners to drive direct revenue. The role includes managing referral and affiliate marketing programs, tracking performance metrics, contributing to marketing reporting, managing conference spend and revenue targets, and developing summaries of marketing projects and KPIs. Collaboration with product, sales, and growth teams to align marketing efforts, identifying strategic partnerships, and staying updated on industry trends are also key duties. Proficiency in marketing automation, data analytics, and reporting tools to measure and optimize campaign performance is expected.
