Requirements

  • Strong stakeholder coordination, positioning definition, and initiative execution skills

Responsibilities

  • Build and own launch prep and coordination for verticals: map milestones, assign tasks to product/marketing/sales, hold owners accountable
  • Define positioning, messaging, and high-level selling strategy
  • Package full “bill of goods” (sales decks, objection handling docs, demo scripts, FAQs, one-pagers) and deliver to Sales & CX ahead of launch
  • Draft launch materials: email campaigns, sales talk tracks, website copy, landing pages to accelerate sales
  • Partner with demand gen and events teams to activate launches at tradeshows, VMM campaigns, webinars
  • Own website updates to keep product pages and positioning current
  • Set KPIs, track performance weekly, define success metrics (pipeline created, adoption, asset usage)
  • Maintain vertical launch calendar and content tracker, ensure visibility, report weekly
  • Write high-impact assets: thought leadership, whitepapers, award submissions, speaking abstracts, marketing collateral (webinars, trade show decks, one-pagers)
  • Own customer case study pipeline (use AI to automate) from sourcing to packaging for sales/PR/marketing, identify leverage channels (e.g., social)
  • Generate vertical-specific marketing claims and proof points from internal data (e.g., “X% revenue lift”)
  • Build and update vertical messaging framework, competitive angles, top proof points, customer stories; distribute to customer-facing teams
  • Ensure communications anchored in credible data and differentiated value props; provide feedback to product teams for roadmap
  • Act as “voice of the customer” by running weekly 1:1 customer interviews for insights
