Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of product management experience, delivering consumer-facing financial products through end-to-end integrated journeys. They should also possess 2+ years of experience building or connecting inter- and intra-domain programs using shared componentry, libraries, and themes, with experience in integrated journeys connecting CRM, analytics, product, and customer service. Proficiency in main product management practices such as defining user stories and requirements, developing wireframes, running A/B and multivariate tests, and analyzing product performance at scale is required. Experience working in Silicon Valley Product Operating Model, Agile, or Lean environments, collaborating across product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams is also necessary, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will oversee the delivery and growth of customer experience cross-domain workstreams, implementing the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for new programs to deliver a financial health experience that meets user needs and inspires conversion. They will contribute to a multi-year product strategy, champion product management by establishing OKRs tied to business and consumer impact, and implement the product roadmap from discovery to launch and iteration. This includes collaborating with partners to create high-quality, compliant solutions, advancing Experian's end-to-end customer experience, and partnering with Marketing and Growth teams to develop go-to-market plans that attract users and increase engagement.
