Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of hands-on experience with Marketing Automation & CRM platforms, including demonstrated success in creating and managing complex, multi-channel journeys and campaigns. They should also possess 4+ years of experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including implementation or management of multi-touch attribution (MTA) or media mix modeling (MMM). Strong project management skills, the ability to communicate complex technical topics to business stakeholders, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field are required. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Marketing Automation and CRM platforms and experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Technology and Innovation Manager will create and lead the execution of the MarTech strategy and roadmap, defining the ideal state for marketing technology across Consumer Marketing. They will own the MarTech ecosystem, leading audits of existing tools and recommending solutions to meet business needs. Responsibilities also include managing vendor relationships, evaluating new solutions for personalization, automation, attribution, and insights, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate business goals into scalable technology solutions. The manager will champion AI-driven initiatives to optimize campaigns, enhance segmentation, generate content, and derive advanced analytics.
