Clipboard Health is a fast-growing Series C marketplace, a leader in the Long Term Care vertical, and is expanding into other verticals such as Dental Offices and Schools. We are a YC Top Company with a global, remote team of over 600 people, profitable since 2022, and fill millions of shifts annually.

What You’ll Tackle — Through a Design-First, Consumer Lens

• Scout the frontier and sketch the future by starting with customer stories, rough flows, and low-fi prototypes to guide product priorities.
• Own the entire product development arc, from initial wireframes to post-launch retrospectives, including discovery, journey mapping, design, ticket writing, project planning, QA, and success metrics.
• Prototype, validate, and polish by pairing rapid design sprints with data and metrics, prioritizing design solutions over code when effective.
• Lead a micro-crew of engineers, designers, ops, and support, ensuring user experience remains central while unblocking and coaching the team for pace.
• Write to think, using Working-Backwards docs, weekly digests, and pre-mortems for alignment.
• Ship at a fast pace by slicing large bets into testable iterations and running experiments, ensuring high craft standards.
• Act as an owner by identifying and addressing gaps in visual, functional, or operational aspects, even if outside traditional responsibilities.

Must-Have Experience

• 3–10 years of experience owning product outcomes (e.g., Product Manager, Growth, or Marketing with P&L responsibility).
• Demonstrable success in improving retention, engagement, or revenue in a B2C or marketplace environment.
• Fluency in both qualitative (interviews, field studies) and quantitative (SQL, event analytics, A/B testing) methods.
