Requirements

Responsibilities

Define and lead the product strategy for the end-to-end user journey — from activation to habit formation and daily engagement
Manage and mentor a small team of PMs, partnering closely with Design, Data, and Engineering to execute with clarity, speed, and creativity
Make the product better for users over time — focusing on engagement, delight, and emotional connection as the levers for organic retention
Synthesize user research, data, and behavioral signals into meaningful improvements that drive measurable outcomes
Collaborate with partners across BetterSleep and Teladoc to connect content, insights, and care into a unified user experience
Operate with urgency and ownership — identifying the most important problems to solve, and executing with focus and taste
Own engagement KPIs such as activation, DAU/MAU, retention. Drive experiment velocity and continuous learning
