Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product strategy for the end-to-end user journey — from activation to habit formation and daily engagement
  • Manage and mentor a small team of PMs, partnering closely with Design, Data, and Engineering to execute with clarity, speed, and creativity
  • Make the product better for users over time — focusing on engagement, delight, and emotional connection as the levers for organic retention
  • Synthesize user research, data, and behavioral signals into meaningful improvements that drive measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with partners across BetterSleep and Teladoc to connect content, insights, and care into a unified user experience
  • Operate with urgency and ownership — identifying the most important problems to solve, and executing with focus and taste
  • Own engagement KPIs such as activation, DAU/MAU, retention. Drive experiment velocity and continuous learning
