Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or at least 3 years of technical experience, at least 2 years of Product Management or an equivalent role, and business level of English language (written, verbal). Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in a technology related field or at least 2+ years of technical experience, a track record of working in a very fast-paced environment or a startup, experience in a fintech domain, and Japanese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will write clear and concise PRD’s and work with various stakeholders such as the design team, engineering, and testing teams, execute and manage the product life cycle and roadmap, build a “WoW Experience” for users by delivering product features, structure and create scalable platforms, collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand user needs and formulate requirements, and develop a deep understanding of customer experience and identify metrics for continuous improvement.
