Strong experience in healthcare integrations, including hands-on work with systems like Epic Radiant, PowerScribe, or PACS platforms, and a thorough understanding of real-time clinical workflows is required.
As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and development for critical platform integrations with RIS, PACS, and EHR systems, translating customer needs and regulatory requirements into technical product specifications and delivery plans. You will drive alignment between cross-functional teams on technical architecture, workflow impact, and customer rollout strategies, collaborating directly with healthcare IT teams, radiologists, and implementation leads to ensure seamless deployments. Additionally, you will own the success of your product area through prioritization, documentation, and iteration, define KPIs and product health indicators, and contribute to Rad AI’s broader platform strategy, bringing a systems mindset to interoperability and clinical usability.
