As a Product Manager at Solace, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution and performance of our product, shaping the future of healthcare experiences.
As a Product Manager at Solace, you will develop and execute product initiatives that enhance customer perception, experience, and retention. This is an individual contributor role for a self-starter who is eager to work on a broad set of in-house initiatives and take on significant ownership. You will support engineering, design, and product management across Solace's products. This role is ideal for the ambitious, the curious, and those who embrace feedback. You will report directly to our co-founder and Chief Product Officer.
Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken, with 88% of adults lacking the health literacy to navigate the system independently. Solace acts as an integral, personal support layer by connecting people with health advocates, providing support the health system often cannot. Using proprietary technology, Solace matches patients with experienced advocates, cutting through healthcare red tape to help individuals and families make informed decisions for better outcomes.
