Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of product management or service development experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years specifically within managed services for MSPs or MSSPs. A deep understanding of MSP/MSSP business models, operational workflows, SLAs, and relevant tools such as RMM, PSA, and multi-tenant platforms is required.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Product Management, you will own the product strategy for SonicWall’s Managed Security Services portfolio, defining its vision, roadmap, and alignment with market trends and customer needs. You will collaborate with MSPs and MSSPs to design partner-centric services, lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive cross-functional alignment, innovate service packaging and pricing, and serve as the internal advocate for service providers while establishing KPIs to track performance and guide roadmap prioritization.
