Requirements

Candidates must have Agile training and experience as a Sr. Director of Product Operations. Experience with FinOps, cloud cost optimization (AWS, Azure), and managing product/engineering tool stacks is required. Familiarity with program management rigor, agile coaching, and product documentation is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Product Operations will scale R&D operations, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Finance to drive alignment and operational rigor. This role involves building and operating a Program Management & Governance function, optimizing the Product Development Lifecycle and Go To Market processes, and creating shared KPIs for delivery performance. Responsibilities include making product and engineering teams more data-driven through a unified data platform and reporting, balancing innovation with tech debt and security, providing agile enablement and coaching, championing program management best practices, leading FinOps and cloud cost optimization, managing the product and engineering tool stack, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across departments. The role also includes building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base for product documentation and release notes.
