Requirements

Candidates should possess over 10 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on operations-heavy platforms or internal tooling. A proven ability to define and drive product strategy in complex, regulated, or mission-critical domains is essential, along with demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around strategic product goals. Strong fluency with data and metrics, including setting and managing product KPIs and operational SLAs, is required, as is a deep understanding of technical systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. Candidates must also demonstrate the ability to influence senior leadership on product strategy and prioritization to optimize business outcomes. Experience in healthcare, logistics, or fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager will own and evolve the strategic roadmap for PHIL’s prescription operations platform, aligning technical capabilities with business priorities and patient needs. This role involves driving product thinking across internal and external operations, identifying and solving complex workflow challenges within pharmacy operations, partner fulfillment, and medication delivery. Responsibilities include developing and championing new platform capabilities to support expanded therapeutic categories and fulfillment models, setting long-term success metrics and operational KPIs, and ensuring the product roadmap is tightly aligned with measurable outcomes. The role also requires partnering cross-functionally with senior stakeholders to define priorities and deliver value, leading discovery efforts and user research to uncover hidden inefficiencies and opportunities, and mentoring product team members to elevate the overall product craft.
