Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or technology
10-15 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product teams and delivering impactful products
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies; experience leading agile transformations is a plus
Demonstrated success implementing product-led growth strategies with measurable improvements to key metrics; ability to drive growth through innovative product strategies
Strong business acumen with proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management capabilities, with a talent for uniting teams and reconciling varied business interests
Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven ability to lead through complexity and prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments

Responsibilities

Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility; ensure roadmap visibility and alignment across all stakeholders
Conduct internal research, interviews, and analysis to gather insights and translate them into clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, wireframes)
Conduct external market research and analyze industry trends to inform product direction and identify opportunities
Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives), ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned and delivering value; promote agile best practices and continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with C-Suite leaders and senior management (business, technical, customer-facing) to gather feedback, communicate product direction and outcomes, and build strong relationships for stakeholder engagement and alignment
Use data to define KPIs, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for innovation, improvement, and optimization
Partner with sales, operations, and support teams to launch new features and products; develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans to ensure adoption and impact
Champion the voice of the user throughout the development lifecycle to ensure delivery of high-quality experiences
Drive continual improvement within the Product Management department; implement best practices, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence
