Requirements

Candidates must have over 15 years of experience in content architecture, information architecture, or content strategy. Deep expertise in structured content formats like DITA, XML, and JSON is required, along with experience using CCMS platforms such as Heretto, SDL Tridion, AEM Guides, or IXIASOFT. Familiarity with GenAI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering is also necessary, as is a proven ability to design content systems supporting AI search and dynamic delivery. Strong collaboration and excellent written communication and information design skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Principal Content Architect will lead the design and implementation of scalable, AI-powered content systems. Key responsibilities include designing structured content models using DITA, XML, and JSON, defining metadata schemas and governance frameworks, and partnering with AI engineering teams to integrate content into GenAI workflows. This role involves leading cross-functional workshops, developing authoring templates and CCMS integrations, and evangelizing best practices for intelligent content delivery. The architect will also drive content optimization through analytics and AI feedback loops.
