Candidates must have at least 8 years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations, preferably in government sectors. Experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is required, including understanding AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult on Customer Service and/or Field Service Delivery / Shared Services environments is also necessary.
The Principal Business Process Consultant will act as a functional and process expert, guiding customers in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow Customer and Industries products. This involves leading design workshops, defining and re-engineering processes, conducting gap analysis, and advocating for customer needs. The role includes guiding customers to leverage ServiceNow capabilities, implementing AI offerings such as Virtual Agent and Generative AI, and supporting internal and customer testing phases to ensure successful customer outcomes.
