Requirements

Candidates must possess at least five years of experience working within the Higher Education Industry and a minimum of five years of experience working with Technolutions Slate CRM, demonstrating advanced user proficiency. Applicants should also have the ability to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, and build reports and dashboards using CRM tools, along with proficiency in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating CRM software. Furthermore, candidates require experience developing HTML content and analyzing business processes to make recommendations for improvement, including experience with data collection, workflow design, and audit requirements. Finally, they must have experience with building and managing integrations with third-party admissions applications and Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information Systems, along with exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach.

Responsibilities

As a consultant, you will collaborate closely with higher education clients to design, configure, and implement innovative Slate CRM solutions that support enrollment, communication, and student success strategies. You will provide Slate CRM implementation services, general consulting, such as training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients, analyze current business practices and make recommendations to leverage technology tools, adapt to varying challenges and user knowledge, and troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate. The role involves significant client-facing engagement, including travel.
