Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role, with over 5 years of CRM industry experience. Required qualifications include the ability to drive requirement gathering, experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, and proficiency in GenAI prompt writing. Hands-on experience with Agentforce or other Generative AI driven platforms, or Einstein Service Intelligence or Next Best Action is essential. Candidates must also demonstrate a proven ability to design and optimize business processes across disparate systems, articulate outcomes through storytelling, be comfortable with flow charting tools, and lead cross-functional teams. A willingness to learn new technologies is also required.
The Salesforce Experience Architect, AI and Agentforce will be responsible for driving the solution and building Agentforce-powered experiences for users to deliver impactful business value to clients. This role involves providing industry best practices, serving as a trusted client advisor, and driving requirement gathering as the Salesforce platform expert. The architect will bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions, work with clients to build their strategy and roadmap, and leverage Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce, Einstein Bots, Einstein for Service, or Service Intelligence. Responsibilities also include providing input on detailed design specifications, infrastructure, and project plans, translating business requirements into well-architected solutions, and coaching/mentoring junior team members while staying informed about new Salesforce product and technical capabilities.
