Proficiency in center of the plate (meat & seafood) knowledge and trends is required, along with analytical problem-solving skills.
Specialists prioritize time, targets, and team selling efforts based on market insights and data analytics, track activities and results, collaborate on opportunities, and champion the team selling process through use of Salesforce.
A strong candidate has 3+ years of sales experience in retail, broker, wholesale or distribution with deep technical expertise in meat & seafood categories, proficiency in category knowledge and trends, analytical problem-solving skills, and preferably a Bachelor's degree.
