The Head of Fish Frying will oversee the production of fried fish products, including ingredient selection, preparation of the frying batter, and cooking techniques. They will ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout the production process. The role involves managing and developing a team of fish frying professionals, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Additionally, they will implement and maintain efficient production processes to meet demand and maximize profitability, work closely with the Head Chef to develop new fried fish products, and collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional materials and strategies.
