Field Sales Representative

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with experience within the Machine Control or Surveying industry. They should also have proven sales ability, excellent customer relationship skills, the ability to write and speak effectively, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of building industry practices. Furthermore, candidates must have proficient computer skills, including knowledge of general business software and the G-suite platform, and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
The Precision Sales Representative will be responsible for establishing new business opportunities through sales calls within their territory, managing pre-planning and follow-up actions using a CRM tool, educating customers on equipment through product presentations and demos, providing problem resolution and follow-through to address customer needs, adhering to all safety rules and completing required training, and representing ASCO in a positive and professional manner. They will also proactively increase revenue through exceptional customer service, seek out new markets, and optimize opportunities to increase profitability, aligning with ASCO’s continuous growth plan.
