Candidates should have at least 8 months of experience in Sales Development and familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models. Prior experience with generating outbound leads and CRM usage is required, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Sales Development Representative will grow the top of the sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns, generating sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives. They will utilize active listening to understand customer needs and effectively communicate how EvenUp can solve them, identify high-potential growth areas, and develop outbound strategies. Responsibilities also include developing strong sales and product knowledge, partnering with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, researching companies, adding prospects to the outbound list, and maintaining accurate client relationship data within the CRM.
