Candidates must possess over 7 years of experience with SIEM solutions like Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, LogRhythm, or Exabeam Data Lake, and SOAR platforms such as Crowdstrike or Palo Alto. Extensive experience in technical scoping, requirements gathering with pre-sales teams, and post-sales handoffs is essential. A strong understanding of log management best practices, including log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, search queries, dashboards, and alerts, is required. Experience with third-party log shipping tools like Cribl, Datadog, NiFi, and SyslogNg is a plus. Intermediate knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and traditional IT services like Active Directory, authentication, and networking is necessary. Additionally, over 4 years of experience in creating configuration, automation, and integration scripts using languages and tools such as Python, Powershell, Javascript, YAML, REST API, and GO is required. Fluency in English and strong technical writing skills are mandatory.
The Principal Consultant will act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them towards mature outcomes using next-generation log management, XDR, and SOAR features. They will develop cross-platform solutions within the Falcon portfolio, with a primary focus on Next Generation SIEM and integrations with third-party tools. Responsibilities include providing knowledge transfer on Falcon NGSIEM and associated Falcon products to customers and working independently to deliver integration services across various organizations and verticals. The role also involves providing technical feedback to Falcon Product Management teams to influence product enhancements based on customer needs.
