Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrating a strong work ethic and attention to detail, along with the ability to meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have an eye for process improvement and a desire to contribute meaningfully to an industry-leading FinTech company, adding automation to the servicing industry.
As an Investor Reporting Analyst, you will complete daily and monthly reporting for investors within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), perform reconciliation, root cause analysis, and resolution of daily rejects or edits between Valon’s servicing platform and investor expectations, review and remit funds to investors and clients within SLAs, assist in client billing on a monthly basis, execute and problem-solve in day-to-day operations, collaborate with other servicing departments to build or improve cross-departmental tasks, assist with audits by providing documentation or research, provide feedback on existing processes and process changes to improve operational efficiency, and collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams to implement new products or improvements.
