Requirements

Candidates should have 3-7 years of experience in HR systems, people analytics, or related data/tech roles, with a preferred Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong experience with HR system reports and workflows, particularly UKG BI, is required. Proficiency in connecting HR data systems, managing data flows (e.g., Snowflake), and HR data security/governance is necessary. Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker and Visier, along with strong project management skills, Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL for data analysis, is essential. Excellent communication skills to explain data to diverse audiences are also required.

Responsibilities

The People Data & Systems Analyst will partner with the People Ops team to understand business challenges and translate them into solutions such as processes, reports, and dashboards. They will provide analytical and reporting support across various people management disciplines, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, compensation, and employee experience. This role involves developing and generating reports and dashboards for core HR metrics, supporting user enablement of self-service data tools, and ensuring data accuracy and accessibility to align with organizational goals. Additionally, the analyst will assist in managing people data sources by improving documentation, access policies, audit processes, and validation rules, and collaborate with IT and Data teams to resolve data issues.
