Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of post-production Workday experience with intermediate expertise in core concepts and configuration. Strong report writing, calculated fields, and dashboard development skills are essential, along with demonstrated knowledge of system testing, design, and auditing procedures. Experience with Workday release planning and user request management is required, as are excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Strong project management and change control process knowledge, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, an ownership mentality, and strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience with Absence and Leave plans, Adaptive Workforce Planning, Learning Management, and/or Workday Help, as well as Workday Pro Certifications.

Responsibilities

The HRIS Manager will provide tier 2/3 operational support for system issues, data problems, and change requests, and will configure, maintain, and test core Workday HCM and other modules. This role involves managing system security, access levels, and reporting capabilities, as well as maintaining and optimizing integrations with ADP, Okta, and other systems, while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy requirements. Responsibilities also include creating and maintaining calculated fields for reporting and integrations, developing Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards, and collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements. The HRIS Manager will participate in the full systems deployment lifecycle, lead bi-annual Workday release reviews, testing, and implementation, and analyze and refine processes to optimize technology capabilities. They will also facilitate planning and scoping of automation initiatives and provide technical support and guidance to internal customers.
